~Parmesean Encrusted Chicken Breast~
OK, one of my favorite places to eat is T.G.I.Friday's! I absolutely love their sizzling parmesean chicken, but sometimes, don't have the funding to enjoy it. I was sitting at home on a rainy day and decided to make my own. It tasted wonderful. The family loved it! Here's the recipe:
Parmesean Encrusted Chicken Breast
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast cutlets
1/2 c. parmesean cheese
Olive Oil
1 clove of garlic
1 tsp butter
salt and pepper
Wash and pat dry chicken cutlets. Set aside. In a saute pan, drizzle enough Olive Oil to coat bottom of pan, add butter. Chop garlic and place in pan, cook on med. heat until garlic is slighty browned. Roll chicken cutlets in melted butter, then roll in Parmesean cheese. Place in pan and cook for 15 min, on each side. Sprinkle more parmesean if desired. Great when served with angel hair pasta and alfredo sauce.
